New produce vendor from Alton Bay

We welcome Precious Gardens from Alton Bay to the market.  When your blogger asked Steve Bell, the owner, if she could take his picture, he asked if I really wanted a picture of a grumpy old man.  He told me that his nickname was "Grumpy."  So here's Grumpy!  He's seemed quite pleasant to me.
